Well, it looks like the case of App Funding Beta v. Ryanscardss is over! For now. The plaintiff moved for default as it appears the defendants "have not appeared or answered," so the court awarded the plaintiff $187,755.05.

Do these eBay consignment companies generate any tax forms for their clients? If I sell a $20k card on eBay Iโll get a 1099 statement for my taxes. If I sell that through a consignment shop will they just transfer me the proceeds and thatโs it? I donโt want to turn this into a

Bidding for the VJ Edgecombe 1/1 Superfractor had topped $23,000 with more than 2 days to go on eBay when the funny business started. Seller said it was a listing error and never reposted. Assume a side deal was done off eBay or it is heading to an auction house.
