….like most other muscles in the body, the abs would grow bigger if your train them with weights and progressively overload. When they grow bigger, the waist region tends to look bulky overtime.

Apparently, the reason my waist still looks snatched is because I don’t train abs with weights. I’ve not trained abs with weights more than 3 times this year, but I do a lot of stomach vacuum exercises. Training abs with weights would definitely make them very visible but………..
