My office is happy to announce the FL Department of Revenue (DOR) has approved the 2025 Tax Roll. My office's next step is to prepare & send out the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes to PBC property owners. This year’s notice will be mailed on August 21. #WeValueWhatYouValue

This week, our staff are attending the Esri User Conference in San Diego to explore the latest advancements in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). These powerful tools support our work in maintaining Palm Beach County’s official property maps and ownership records.

Property owners who received a denial notice for property tax exemptions or Ag. classification have until July 31, 2025, to file a petition w/ the @Clerkpbc, Value Adjustment Board. The deadline to file a petition for the denial of a portability is Sept. 15.
