Kerala's average rural wage (₹ 706) is more than double the national average for agricultural workers. Gujarat (₹ 213) and Madhya Pradesh (₹ 218) have the lowest wages in comparison. Andhra Pradesh (₹ 319), Karnataka (₹ 313) are closest to the national average of ₹ 310.
