So the Position Change Skill Cap bug where if you move a LT to RT you get hit with the same skill cap penalty thats intended to punish the WR->RB cheese, but does the bug affect picking a position for ATH?. All my crazy ATH have terrible caps after I picked their position

84 Sophomore Star dev Safety? Yeah he's probably gonna be tough to keep out of the portal and these guys almost always LOW, MEDIUM at best persuasion chance. 81 user beast Senior that could go and usually would hit the portal now has a Medium Persuasion chance to try and keep.

User Transfer at 38 I found guys that should realistically be hitting the portal (clearcut dealbreaker/players too good for my team prestige) were leaving at a challenging/punishing rate but I wasn't automatically losing them every offseason which was FUN.

I feel like User Transfers being 55 was scaled more to if you're a 4/5 star dynasty and it needs to flush out your depth that will never start. I think overall the playing style dealbreaker should be nerfed a little bit. It'd help with the 'realism' especially with CPU transfers.

CFB 26 Dynasty -- 10 year test. Max Transfers -> Default. User Transfer -> 38 (from 55). 55 default is a meme right now and often times unrealistically punishes cupcake squads. CPU Transfer -> 50 (from 55). I found less cheesy almost 0 chance IRL 5 stars hitting the portal.
