A special gift at last night’s IU1 Board Meeting: wooden trees crafted by McMurray Campus students.🌲 The weeks-long project involved designing, cutting, sanding, & staining, with students of all ages helping every step of the way. Great work!👏

Mrs. Colinet's 4th graders have been learning all about hydroponics taking lettuce from seed to table, caring for the plants, tracking the pH and nutrients, and harvesting fresh greens. This has been such a rewarding, hands-on, and tasty learning experience. 🥬💚

Mrs. Kraus’ 5th & 6th grade library students at Buckingham read Six Dots: A Story of Young Louis Braille and then created their names in Braille using tactile rhinestones. A great hands-on lesson that gave students a glimpse into what it’s like to read and write using Braille!
