The drill is currently turning at our Gabbs project. The 4,500m program is to expand and upgrade the Sullivan Zone's Inferred Resources. Sullivan is the largest of the 4 zones at Gabbs, hosting ~60% of the resources, with drilling focused on potentially increasing Au grade.

Our 100%-owned, gold-copper Gabbs project is within the Walker-Lane Trend at the northwestern end of the Fairplay Mining District in Nevada. It covers four known zones of mineralization comprising approximately 4,500 hectares.

P2's 100%-owned Gabbs Project has an internal rate of return of 56.5% and net present value (5% discount rate) of over US$1.6 billion using August 7, 2025 spot metal prices. We are on track to update the PEA in Q3 with updated costs, metallurgical recoveries and metals prices.

Our recent metallurgical tests increased our Gabbs Project's recoveries to 88.1% Au, 81.6% Ag, and 66.5% Cu, showing significant improvements over the recoveries used in the Gabbs 2024 PEA. Once we get final metallurgical results, we plan to update the Gabbs PEA in Q3 2025.
