Spot on! @CoachP_Elco Everyone is chasing the less than 2% (1.6) that go on to play professional FB. Chase the 85% of college football players who graduate with a degree. Red-Shirt/stay 2 years, graduate early, then transfer with 2yrs left to play to ball,& start on your Mas/Prog
So about 45% of the guys in the portal are kids that took a scholarship just to say they went somewhere and didn’t play and didn’t like it there and didn’t play, and now are posting “I’m him” with nothing but practice film. FYI gone are the days of coaches grabbing guys out the

Quick clarification on the NCAA's JUCO waiver ruling: Players must be within their 5-year eligibility clock to use the extra year. So, at least per the waiver's intent, those from the 2019 HS class & before would not be eligible (baring a hardship waiver). 2020 and beyond would.
