As a pre-caution, Larsen Elementary is currently on lockdown and school pick-ups will be directed by Oxnard PD officers currently in the area. Again, this is just a precaution and there is no danger to public or students at this time.

***TRAFFIC UPDATE***.Colonia Fire Road Closure Update - 03/06/24 @ 5:45pm. Oxnard Blvd. is now open in both directions. Colonia Road is still closed from Oxnard Blvd. to Garfield Ave.

***TRAFFIC ALERT*** Wednesday, March 6th. Oxnard Fire and P.D. are on scene of a major structure fire in the area of Oxnard Blvd and Cooper Rd. Oxnard Boulevard is closed in both directions from Cooper Rs to Ave, and is expected to remain closed to traffic into the afternoon.

Monday 03/04/24 - 6:50PM.*** TRAFFIC ADVISORY ***.Officers are on scene of an injury traffic collision on Rose Ave north of Fifth Street in the northbound lanes. Northbound traffic on Rose has been diverted at Fifth St. Southbound Rose Ave traffic is diverted at Eastman Ave.
