Big L Libertarians in Colorado could dominate locally with this strategy. And it’s not the first time it’s been pitched from my understanding. There are a handful of Libertarians elected to special districts like @Joe_DiBiasio and I am thankful for them and mayor @Aron_Lam.
I think one of the reasons, even though I’m registered as a Libertarian, I’m so cynical of Libertarians is that I was Chair of Arapahoe County and built a plan we called “Liberty Starts Locally” to get Libertarians in Metro District (Title 32) office in non-partisan races. I.
