Maybe I’m an outlier, but I do not like fully digital screens in cars. I don’t want to have to click through a menu to adjust the AC, heat, or audio volume. There needs to be buttons or knobs for basic features to have distractions to the driver.

@BruceLeeVegas No, but we are taxed In hundreds of other forms anyways. If you have a paid off home or vehicle, you should outright own it. So long as the government can seize your rightful property, that is not ownership. It’s about the rights of the individual. The government should not have.

I really don’t understand the people who say it’s dumb to pay off a loan early just because it’s at a low interest rate. At the end of the day, that’s less debt and more buying power you have. It makes your life more free.

@Intentional_Liv If you are required to pay taxes on property you’ve already fully paid for, you will never fully own that property. The government can and will seize it from you for lack of payment. It doesn’t matter that you’ve already paid for it. Ultimately the government of the land owner in.

I’m down about 8% overall in my Bitcoin holding. I started this as an experiment, but now truly feel I need to own it. I am not willing to go 100% in because I feel you should diversify your investments. I started with a 1% allocation, now I’m at 5%, and aim to hold it at 10%.

Y’all are awesome. I’ve just passed 1 million impressions over the last 7 days. Over the last 90 days I’ve gotten only 1.5 million though. It takes 5 million in 3 months to get monetized by Ad revenue sharing. If I reach that feat I’ll put my entire 1st payout into Bitcoin.

I won’t say that I love my job, but it’s not a bad job. The worst part about it is the lack of time I have after work. I typically get up a between 5-5:30AM. Walk the dogs, shower, eat breakfast, and pack lunch. Leave for work at 6:30AM and start work at 7AM. Normally leave.

Convince me that an EV is better than a hybrid. Hybrids are more sustainable and more reliable. Not to mention availability of fuel. They require less mining for materials per car. One day EV’s may be the end all be all, but that day is not today.

As someone who manages people, this needs to be said:. Don’t get mad when your team uses their PTO/Sick time. They are people with lives outside of work. Micromanagement is a sure way to create a poor work environment. Trust your team. In many cases they are more knowledgeable.

I have officially opened a Roth IRA with Fidelity! I chose Fidelity over Robinhood because of index and zero fee fund offerings. RH is great, but I don’t know where they will be in 30 years. I’m confident in Fidelity’s future which is why I felt they were ideal for this account.
