As per the Autumn Statement Nov 23, the national insurance rate for employees has been cut by 2 percent with effect from this month (Jan 24). Therefore earnings between £1,048 - £4,189 (Monthly) has dropped from 12% to 10% - Employees will see a slight increase in their NET pay.
