It can be very easy to not prioritise yourself when you are a mom because your children always come first. However, you are equally important! And remember when you are healthy and happy, you will take better care of your family too. #autismcommunity #otsimo #autismheroes

It can be incredibly relaxing and fun to watch an episode or two on Netflix at the end of the day. After your children are put to bed, grab some tea and watch away! Our personal favourite these days is How to Get Away with Murder.

You can ask them questions or any concerns you may have regarding parenting, schooling and more. The support groups can be found widely on the internet, and they might be available close to where you live too. Keep in mind that a diagnosis will not change who they are! #otsimo
