After a marathon 8 hour mediation session yesterday we have come to a tentative agreement with the district. The support from the community was essential to put pressure on the district to come to the agreement. Thanks to everyone involved!!

OEA out here early this am with messages for admin as we start our first day of mediation! We're in it for the kids! Quality education isn't cheap education!
