I requested a refund right out the gate, and have reiterated that, but so far all they've done is argue they've done nothing wrong. Will update when they respond to my latest message. I am very frustrated by the handling of this...

They were included???? @deliveredkorea if you say postcards will be kept, keep everything that is postcard sized, regardless of what the details say. Companies label things weirdly all the time and this is such a ridiculous rule to have.

And after some back and forth (and telling me there were no postcard-like inclusions) they tell me this: 'They weren't included because they aren't labelled as postcards' I am frankly beyond baffled as tripleS' photocards aren't labelled as photocards either but +

It cost a total of $50usd to do all the albums, but it was cheaper than shipping them to me. I should've just shipped them to me... They arrived the other day and guess what? No postcards. Only objekts. I message them asking why they weren't included +

After using Delivered Korea as my main proxy for over a year, their handling of my most recent order has made me switch. I had a bunch of MSNZ albums, and ordered the standard inclusion only service, as it states photocards and postcards will be kept (I collect ot24 postcards)
