Heading to Norway tomorrow to run my third marathon on Saturday. Debated canceling it but that's not what my dad would have wanted. I'll be running it for him and I'll be thinking of him every mile I complete.

I really tried for my first ever sub 4 hour marathon but I’m very happy being so close to the 4h mark. This time would have been impossible if I didn’t run for my dad. Lots of emotions throughout. I hope he’s as proud of me as I am of him.
