The good thing is any man can start to become stronger and have less pain, better flexibility whether you have been a tradie for 30yrs or a desk jockey. We can always improve from where we are if we choose to.

Don't underestimate the power of an exercise routine. When you're unsure of yourself, dedicate time to the gym. A solid gym routine can improve various areas of your life. Increased testosterone levels boost your drive, energy, and concentration.

Sharpen your physical abilities and apply discipline to areas in your life that you know need improving. The more things you can do that you are proud of will be the biggest motivation to keep going.

Getting in shape and becoming a leaner or more muscular man doesn’t happen overnight. You don’t just wake up with 10kg less of fat or 5kg more of muscle. A man that has lost 20kg of fat or added pounds of muscle to his frame demonstrates discipline & self respect.

Your floor and objects/structures in & around your house are the best places to start to work out. Push ups on the floor, chin ups on beams and squats on chairs. If you watch Tv then use that time to stretch a little during your favourite show/movie.

You can start filling your fridge and pantry with real whole foods today. Having healthy food in the house is a key to making the right choices when it comes to healthy eating. Make bulk meals and freeze them for when you do not feel like cooking.

The key thing we are trying to achieve is consistency. If the block becomes too hard reduce the reps for the rest of the sets. If the block was too easy take the win or go for maximal reps on the last set. You can still get amazing results with zero gym equipment.

Use an interval timer/stop watch.Every set starts at the beginning of every minute. If it takes you 30sec to complete the set reps that means you have 30sec rest before the next minute/set starts. Progress slowly from there increasing each session with reps and loads.

If short on time then 10min is the recommended minimum however iv had busy clients get great results with doing 5min blocks every day plus having their nutrition point. How do you do DENSE blocks? 👇

This simple to follow formula takes the guess work out of rest periods, time spent in the gym and it also eliminates distractions. The best part is you get crazy strong and see results in a short amount of time with workouts usually being under 30min.

However it is done in a way that allows you to progressively see strength increases in a short amount of time. in a very simple format - 1 DENSE block is 10 min, a half block is 5 min and a double is 20 min.

If you are being honest with yourself then you know that you can find 10min in your busy day to exercise. This is where DENSE Strength comes into play. DENSE Strength is a training system designed by @keegancoach1 that utilises every minute on the minute (EMOM) training.
