Morning: Get sunlight, wait ~90 mins before drinking coffee, and meditate. Daytime: Get sunlight, take strategic breaks. Evening: No phones, screens, news, or movies in the last 60 mins before bed. This is mental energy management 101.

One place that shocked me was personal care products. I was using body wash in 3-in-1 "super something" shower gel and wore a deodorant with a jacked guy doing the commercials. But that stuff is filled with chemicals that disrupt my endocrine function - amongst other things,

So, I looked more into the reference values and found a surprising trend. Much evidence points to the fact that men's testosterone levels are decreasing. Like for example here, where scientists measured 991 men over 20 years: *Men aged 51-60 in 1982: ~600 ng/dL *Men aged

In 2024 I measured my testosterone for the first time. I was shocked.. although the results weren't that alarming. According to reference values, I was in the lower end of "normal". But I was 26 years old - testosterone should be sky high.

3/10 Founder burnout is no longer anecdotal. Recent surveys show: 1⃣ 50%+ report burnout 2⃣ ~75% report anxiety 3⃣ Nearly half rate their mental health as “bad” or “very bad” 4⃣ Many have considered stepping away This is systemic.
