Finally, fans want to feel like the club is loyal to them. What are you doing to share their stories and their fandom with the wider community? It doesn't need to be big, just say thanks every once in a while. Feature long-standing season ticket holders, or do something for

Fans like it when their clubs feel part of their identities. They celebrate the quirks and uniqueness. What can you do to highlight the special parts of your club? This could be chants, music, flag displays, or you could have someone like @TimbersFC's Timber Joey who saws a slab

Fans enjoy seeing the club demonstrate professionalism both on and off the pitch. If you've got a new stadium, or have done some refurbishment work, show it off. You can also tell the stories of staff who've been around for a long time. Or put the spotlight on the volunteers who

You should also show that you can handle criticism well. The way you respond to negative feedback or events can actually strengthen fans' loyalty. This happened recently when @NUFC had to take steps to address the fact that some old season tickets were being sold for private

You should also give fans the opportunity to feel part of something bigger. A subreddit, or Discord, could work for this. There's also the chance to host get-togethers. Fan zones can do this, and @PLinUSA's recent events in America are a good way of demonstrating this.

Fans take pride in your team's past. Remind them of your successes and milestones. Spurs' legacy numbers are a good example of this. Or doing something to celebrate an anniversary, like @YorkCityFC commemorating the 30th anniversary of beating @ManUtd with a special programme.

It doesn’t matter how hard you try, you’ll never match @fcunion_en’s majestic tone of voice. Every tweet is a joy.
And that's half time on a gorgeous evening here in Fürstenwalde. And as the golden sun slips slowly behind the old roof of the Alte Försterei (yes, Unioner, that roof), it's 1-1, with Ljubicic's ludicrously early opener equalised by Jonas Nietfeld's glancing, diving header.

Love that this is called HP Source because their home stadium is called Huish Park. Never miss an opportunity for a simple pun. #SportsMarketing

In @SkyBetLeagueTwo, @bromleyfc are the clear winners. They tipped above 20%, putting daylight between them and @BarrowAFC in second. @ASFCofficial, @WFCOfficialm and @HarrogateTown round things off.

The picture in @SkyBetLeagueOne is a bit closer. @leytonorientfc are the winners, closely followed by @BlackpoolFC. There's a slight gap before we get to @OfficialECFC, @StevenageFC, and @StockportCounty for the rest of the top five.

There's a clear winner in the @SkyBetChamp: @OUFCOfficial's growth is miles above any other team in the top 4 divisions. Their 308.5% came at the start of the season when they signed Marselino Ferdinand. Their follower count jumped from around 83.5k to 232k at the end of the

First up, the @premierleague. @IpswichTown grew by 20.6%, benefiting from the increased exposure of their season in the top-flight. @BrentfordFC and @NUFC are up there too. Both clubs do a lot of storytelling in their content, and it's good to see this paying off. @NFFC and
