Anyone else feel a little embarrassed to said you use AI day to day or is it just me.

An underrated thing my mentor did with me is sit down and talk about org changes and announcements (e.g. company financials, compensation, leadership, etc). It taught me how to think more critically about these changes and form better opinions.

I’m not an engineering manager but learning about how other companies scale their org is quite interesting. I’ve only worked at larger companies so there are just some practices that make me go “hmm idk if that would work at our scale” . anyway the @duolingo office is nice
