Looking good, Mr Mayor! Too bad people won’t have “safe and accessible options” to get around Broadway on bikes or those new scooters. Wonder whose fault that is?.

Everyone deserves safe and accessible options to get around Vancouver. Today, with the completion of phase one of the Granville Connector project, the Granville Bridge has become a safer place for everyone. We're proud to be tackling Vancouver's infrastructure deficit!

ABC just voted down modular housing for people at risk of homelessness - AGAIN. Thanks to @seanorr for bringing today's motion to City Council. As thousands seek a place to lay their heads every night, @Vote4ABC has shown us where they stand once more.

Today at City Hall: .Councillor @christineeboyle's motion to protect Temporary Modular Housing (TMH) was voted down by the @Vote4ABC mayor and councillors. Rejecting Cllr. Boyle's motion will lead to more people sleeping in tents on public parks and streets. #vanpoli #bcpoli

Hey, @Vote4ABC - Ken Sim has said on Bitcoin podcasts that he believes that fiat currencies like the Canadian dollar are "going to zero". Is this conspiracy theory the position of @Vote4ABC, or do you agree with experts that he's out to lunch?

We deserve a province that we can all afford. It can be ours - if we build the homes we need. Major congratulations to our own @christineeboyle on her appointment as Minister of Housing! Let's get to work! 🏡🏗️.

The motion proposes a number of reforms - from simplifying the approval process to increasing design flexibility. It also proposes aligning our plex program with Burnaby's - removing a limit on the amount of floorspace there can be in a building. That means bigger apartments.

ABC's biggest housing move to date has been to implement Kennedy Stewart's multiplex plan - and they haven't even gotten that right. That's why @lucyincanada is bringing a motion to Council to punch up our multiplex program - so we can deliver the homes we need.

Seniors are only 20% of the population, but they’re 50% of pedestrian injuries and deaths. Safer streets are possible - we just need to build them, by investing in what works, and abandoning what doesn’t. Lucy Maloney’s road safety motion comes to Council this afternoon.
