Agree 👇👇have spoken to many CNS’s this week who expressed this @alimully
Personally I would like to see a genuine recognition that we have CNS'S working at this level of practice and have for years, the CNS pathway seems less clear with the introduction of the ACP role and the path to Nurse Consultant has become more difficult #oncjnlclub
