The icing on the cake is how during this entire ordering @LibertyMutual doubled my rate and have been charging me thousands of dollars since 2022 for insurance on a vehicle that’s been in the shop. …& somehow it still gets worse. Full story time coming. 🤞🏾

…oh & baby this @LibertyMutual nightmare gets soooooo much worse. …I’ll be dropping a video with all the tea & receipts soon. Because it’s A LOT! Emails with flat out lies, audio recordings, etc. …if I can help even one person not have to go through this it’ll be worth it. 🤷🏾‍♀️

So total the car, right? …No! Tell me why @LibertyMutual solution is to put a steering from a salvaged car they found on mine?! What?! They expect me to be ok with a steering wheel and airbag being taken from a different car that’s ALREADY been in an accident. This is crazy.

So here we are in 2024, tell me why the steering wheel needed to complete my repair doesn’t exist and hasn’t this entire time. The adjuster at @LibertyMutual told me herself she’s searched high & low and she couldn’t even find the part. Not even in Germany. It doesn’t exist.

But anywho, we’re in this mess because even though the airbag deployed, and the frame is damaged amongst other things, @LibertyMutual changed their mind on totaling my car and instead insisted on repairing it. Keep in mind the dealership advised them repairs would exceed $100K.

My accident was in 2022. …It’s now 2024 and I still don’t have my car. …& it’s NOWHERE CLOSE to being done. Let me tell you why: (…oh & keep in mind @LibertyMutual only covered a rental for 30 days and said I’m on my own after that.)

Please let my horrific experience with @LibertyMutual be the reason you never use them. They’re literally the worst. (A THREAD)
