True inclusion is not about ticking boxes, it’s about building capacity. When young people are equipped with the skills and knowledge to engage meaningfully, we move beyond tokenism and step into real, lasting impact.

Being young shouldn’t be the only reason we’re invited to the table. Age is not enough. We need real capacity built in us as youth, so we can contribute meaningfully when we sit at those tables.
