Excited to share an update on our West Loop Production Facility. We’ve been up and running for a short time! It’s a little surreal and it’s a lot of work, but it’s an exciting time for our small - but growing - brewery. 1/5

Hosted the @IllinoisBeer Brewers Guild quarterly meeting this morning at our new space in the West Loop. A lot of talent and craft beer brain power in one room! Voted on new board members, talked beer, and had a delicious lunch by Chef Alex. #ilcraftbeer

This week’s #burgeroftheweek is a combo of some of our favorite ingredients:. 8oz Prime beef patty (brisket, short rib, chuck) wood-fire grilled, white cheddar, fresh jalapeño, pickled red onion, kimchi aioli, & mixed greens on a toasted brioche. Great w/ Della. Good thru Sunday.

The high heat and woodsmoke from our wood-fire grill adds a delicious, smoky flavor to many items on our menu including these tasty mains. And they go well with beer (or a Manhattan/Mezcal Old Fashioned). Enjoy the weekend.

One of our favorite seasonals is back. TIL DEATH Pilsner was first brewed in 2018 to celebrate the nuptials of our head brewer & co-founder, Trevor, and his better half Amanda. A 4.9% golden, crisp summer lager. On tap + 2/4pks togo + out on shelves. Get at it. #tildeathdouspart

July’s #macofthemonth = Bacon Double Cheeseburger Mac. Elbow pasta, Della Kölsch beer cheese sauce, Prime ground beef (brisket, short rib, & chuck), bacon bits, caramelized onions, pickle, comeback sauce, shallot, sesame seeds, & scallions. Good thru July for dine-in & pickup.

TIKI PROST is a variant of our popular White Stout, Cinnamon Prost! We brewed this Tiki Stout the same as Cinnamon Prost (cinnamon, vanilla bean, & milk sugar) w/ the additions of pineapple, orange, and touch of lime. Same last drink of cereal milk vibes but w/ a tropical twist.
