The caregivers have shared so many memorable moments with Sudan over the years and seeing his health deteriorate over the past couple of months has been tough for them. Against all odds, James and his colleagues hold on to the hope that their old buddy will get better.

Over the past couple of days, the swelling on Sudan’s leg has reduced slightly, helping reduce the pain he was experiencing. However, Sudan is not responding as well to the medication as we had hoped and consequently he is struggling quite a bit.

He is still under strict 24 hour observation by our veterinary team. #LastMaleStanding #SudanForever
