From this morning’s home inspection: we aren’t code inspectors, however I always like to point it out in the report if the city’s code inspectors do not fill these stickers out completely. Is the building and plumbing “up to code”? Not sure.

Today’s home inspection was in Yukon, Oklahoma. No major issues at this two year old home. However the condenser coil was very clogged with debris. This could shorten its life and reduce the AC’s ability to cool the home.
