🧠 Mirror neurons: The brain's social connectors! Discovered in the 90s, these fascinating cells fire when we act AND when we observe others. They're key to understanding actions, learning by imitation, and possibly developing empathy. #Neuroscience #HumanBehavior.

The limbic system: our brain's primitive core. It drives instinctive behaviors, but don't be fooled - most of our gratifying thoughts don't lead to action. Why? Our evolved brain knows better than to always chase instant gratification. #Neuroscience #BrainFacts.

Agnostic but find solace in prayer? You're not alone. Science shows prayer activates key brain regions, boosts mood chemicals, reduces stress, and promotes emotional regulation. It's not just about religion – it's a powerful tool for mental well-being. #Neuroscience.

Sometimes adulting feels like being thrown into the ocean after giving a PowerPoint on swimming. Wish schools taught the real transitions: from textbooks to adulting 101, and how to survive the "ramen noodle budget" era of college life. 📚💸. #AdultingRealities.

Maintaining a routine is our battle against evolution itself. Our default setting is laziness, yet being productive becomes enjoyable. As I've said before, the journey is often more rewarding than the outcome. #ProductivityHacks #PersonalGrowth.

The thrill of the chase often outshines the prize itself. Whether in love or career, the journey's dopamine rush can be more rewarding than reaching the destination. Set small goals for constant motivation.

Why your friends are better teachers than the teachers themselves?.C S Lewis describes it as "The curse of knowledge". It stems from ones assumption of certain fragment of information gained one the way of their learning are common knowledge. This bit of information blew my mind.

Are productivity channels bogus?.Don't take me wrong I follow few religiously but few had counterintuitive effect. That might be because we see before and after of the process or they show how their life turned out not how we should have made certain decision.
