Flashback. 10 Years ago, on Dec 12, 2015, the ribbon was cut on International Drive in Heath. The roadway was part of infrastructure upgrades jointly funded by @HeathOhio, Southgate, and the Port Authority. Today, four spec buildings later, the road is home to Prudential
