I’m honestly at a loss for words right now. Category 5 #Melissa keeps drifting farther west - the eye is now nearly outside the National Hurricane Center’s forecast cone, which was issued only 1 hour ago... This storm is defying every environmental factor trying to pull it

The silver lining here is that most hurricane models have #Melissa making landfall Tue am on the less populated, west side of Jamaica, keeping the core away from Kingston Even still, major impacts are likely, including torrential rainfall/flash flooding, high winds, & tornadoes
