My teacher told me “you finally came to work as your authentic self” 🤣 to know me is to know I’m really an old lady trapped in a young woman’s body! 😩 #LHHSHomecoming gave me a reason to finally let everyone meet Rubi Dee 👵🏾🤎 (#TBT to senior citizen day my senior year!)

Started seeing signs of me neglecting me spill into my work. One of THOSE days reminded me—self-care ain’t optional! I have to take care of me to show up ready to support & lead by example. I’m human🤷🏾‍♀️ but I felt. I reflected. Now I reset. 🗣️Joy always comes in the morning!
