Oh Beans coffee wasn't roasted weeks ago, ground and left to sit in a warehouse. Oh Beans coffee is roasted to order, left to degas then, if required, ground to suit your brewing method. But, its best to grind just before brewing. You won't get fresher coffee.

An afternoon of roasting done accompanied by @ScalaRadio These will chill out (degas) for a few days before being ground for the appropriate brewing method.
