In light the recent events in Israel, the publication of this work, which started over 3 years ago, is clearly bitter-sweet. However, if we contributed to the effort to improve the lives of those afflicted by PTSD even a little bit, I see today as a ray of hope.

When I took on this project I knew very little about #trauma and #PTSD. Coming out the other end a different person, I wish to dedicate this work to the brave men and women who face such tremendous ordeals. May we all know better days. 🙏
