This film was a MASTERPIECE
The Iron Giant (1999) flopped theatrically. Brad Bird has said WB knew it was great but simply didn’t know how to sell it. The movie survived because kids kept discovering it on TV, then showing it to other kids.

Captain Del Rio was the WORST, who thought it was a good idea to have him be in charge of Infinity. Palmer shot Halsey, the same Doctor who is partially responsible for saving humanity. Fireteam Crimson(except for Thorne) was USELESS.
