Its an OM called cross evolution, and the ban list is mostly unevolved pokemon with really high BSTs like duraludon or scyther. Most Ubers are legal, I would assume miraidon and kyogre were banned due to their weather/terrain.

The issue with it is that all the actual fun is locked behind the worst earlygame of all fucking time, it’s a super fun game but you have to devote an unreasonable amount of time into learning how to play it before it’ll be any fun
