Game clear #17 for 2024: #YsXNordics I’ll have to sleep on full thoughts, but the last chapter of the game brought my opinion of it even higher. While it maybe doesn’t quite hit the pinnacles of ARPG greatness (Tales of Symphonia & Grandia II) it feels cut from the same cloth.

Disappointed that the physical for Metal Slug Tactics is only available through @LimitedRunGames. 👎 Between that and who owns over 96% of SNK stock (you can look it up) I may have to skip this game, despite how much I’ve been looking forward to it. (Or wait and buy a used copy.)

After some cleaning and fiddling, the free Game Boy I snagged is alive! Well, mostly. The screen obviously needs to be replaced, and the audio doesn’t work, so I’m guessing it needs a new speaker. 🪛

Clearing out random stuff from the bins I had all my games in. Totally forgot that I was able to snag one of these enamel pin sets last year, but then almost immediately had to pack everything and move. Definitely putting these to use this winter. ⛄️
