@MillionaireDoor Pay 50k on the mortgage and get it reamortizated to a 10 year mortgage. Take the 100k and buy 4 bitcoin ish and wait for the next bull market. When you have 400k sell enough to pay mortgage off. Now you have 300k. Not financial advice.

Dude $STRF is low key crushing. I copped some just to dip my toe in the preferred shares at 98. Like over 2 months ago. I just got a Quarterly divy (roughly 10% annually) and its up 20%. I tend to pay 100x more attention to #bitcoin and then $MSTR.

Since May 22nd, #bitcoin has basically just been trading in this channel between 102k to 110k. A break and hold of 110k is what im looking for. Its the new target. We've only close over 110k 3 times. Time to break tf out

Ive claimed #bitcoin on a faucet site since 2017. Its called free bit and X won't let me share it. Today its like 2 satoshi an hour but it used to be way more. When I started it was 100 an hour. Ive avg 10 claims a day for 7 yrs 🤣 . It was worthless I was told, now its worth 1k
