We had a conversation prior to the race and discussed the complexity of the course and I told them I wasn’t expecting any PR’s today but they proved to me they had other plans. I greatly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to the sport of cross country.

Family, I hope everyone had a safe trip home. I wanted to thank each and every one of you for an AMAZING season. I truly enjoyed my first year as head coach of OHS CC. We had 5 young ladies PR today and 9 young men!!!
