The Varsity Team was proud to honor Joel Johnson, the father of Blake Johnson, who lost his courageous battle to cancer this past January. It was Joel’s birthday today and the Varsity Team presented Joel’s wife, Leslie Johnson, with flowers before the game. We love you brother!!

What a fantastic season for the Oakville Varsity pitching staff and team defense in what was a historical turnaround in 2022. Only 17 errors committed in 25 games. Brown (1.99 era), Walker (2.10 era), Kilburn (1.77 era), Gerber (2.53 era), Nicolay (2.28 era) and Louis (2.21 era).
