Behind every surgery is a team working hard to make things run smoothly. With this new system, we’re ensuring our Medical Device Reprocessing Department has the tools to do just that.

It’s already helping us cut down on instrument waste and improve inventory management, improve surgical tray turnaround, support safer surgeries by replacing manual processes, give teams quicker access to what they need, and invest in staff education and ongoing improvements.

We’re always looking for smart ways to improve how we care for patients. That’s why we’ve introduced a new digital tracking system for surgical instruments that helps our teams know exactly where every tool is at every stage — from cleaning to the operating room, and back again.
