They were so rude and hostile to my mother ( retired civil servant) who came to seek help from them as to why she can't link her NIN to her account. It keep showing "NIN ID Mismatch". They asked her to leave the bank as there is nothing they can do.

They've turn the bank to government offices where anybody can do anything they like and get away with it. They need to be trained as to what customer care entails. Please caution them.
