I have to say that I was in some state getting up that first section to Sgurr a ‘Mhaim. 🤬🤬 MrsO totally outperformed and outclassed me on that section. I was really feeling it. Once I’d grizzzzzed out that section the rest was superb! 🤯🤯 #devilsridge #mamores #hillwalking

📍Blà Bheinn (Blaven), Isle of Skye. Fantastic view of the Cuillin Ridge from a frosty bivvy bag. A breeze brought temperatures down so we built a wee shelter to protect from the easterly! -4 feeling like -12. Defo our limit in terms of cold weather bivvy adventures. 💨🥶

📍 Sgùrr Alasdair, Isle of Skye Sgùrr Alasdair is the highest peak on Skye - and indeed, the highest UK island summit. With the clear weather the summit was an amazing viewpoint, freezing but outstanding.
