On 8/7, Justin Lee Concha, aka Jay Leslie Frost, was charged with multiple sex offense crimes. OSP believes additional victims are likely. He is suspected of trying to meet juveniles for the purpose of sex. Anyone with info is asked to call 800-442-2068.

OSP is asking witnesses to a road rage incident in Medford on 8/11 at 9:40 PM on I-5 near Exit 27 to call OSP Dispatch at 1-800-442-2068. The incident involved a silver/light-colored early 2000s Toyota minivan that shot at a red GMC pickup. More info:

A Harney County driver is incredibly lucky after attempting this risky pass. The Ford driver just missed the e/b semi-trailer and likely death but struck the driver's side of the w/b semi-trailer. Thankfully, no one was injured. The driver was cited for careless driving.
