Elon is wrong. The way is defunding every fed agency that simply spits money back to states. Cut federal taxes accordingly and keep the money in the states in the first place. Fed's Constitutional roles are basically international and interstate relations, defense, currency.

Just spent a couple hours trying to basically create a random numbers generator on Google sheets. Grok kept saying it exited my sheet after I gave it permission. I kept calling out the fact nothing changed then finally Grok admitted it was never able to edit the sheet.

The @ORDems have created a well established reputation of a state and local government that is hostile to new construction and landlords. The only way to effectively "court" new housing investment is to reduce the bureaucracy and expense of doing business in Oregon/Portland.
