Visited a customer - Mr. & Mrs. Girish are truly polite and hospitable. They needed a little help with their ORACURA water flosser. It reminded me: not everyone's a tech whiz, and that's perfectly fine. A little patience and a warm approach handling Senior citizens go a long way.
