Correctional workers know first-hand the issues inside correctional institutions:.✖ Unsafe staffing levels. ✖Increasing workplace violence. ✖A worker mental health crisis, resulting in 11 worker suicides since 2021. ✖ Over 45 job positions that don’t offer a livable wage.
