Poof - GONE?!! I was an “Observer” at Briarwood’s zoom hearing yesterday & @hcraontario announced it has withdrawn all 14 charges leaving nothing further to deliberate. It appears Briarwood will face little, if any, consequences for its actions. Reinforces what our family has

.@ONconsumer See LAT decision below: Tarion can't just offer a monetary settlement for defects, must also offer to arrange repairs. Hard for homeowners to source their own trades. This is why we pay for a "warranty administrator". We need to go to court for this? @stcrawford2
