Plasma WGS for MRD now validated under CAP/CLIA/ACDx: 30X blood cfDNA to detect minimal residual disease using mutational sampling (as pioneered by @landau_lab). This blood test works for any cancer with >4k mutations (most have ~10k). Pairs beautifully with our WGTS tumour test!.
