to hold a check for less-that by the way SHUT DOWN my entire account. Now–I can not access any funds at all. It is always an excuse with zero repercussions from you. You can NOT hold someones account HOSTAGE. This is truly UNACCEPTABLE, I hope that the FTC starts an investigation
