Congratulations to our Volleyball Cadets who defeated South Elgin last night in the IHSA Regional semi-final round! They now advance to the IHSA Regional Championship match where they will face Wheaton North! The historic season continues! Great job, fellas!

Eddie has pitched in the most high-leverage situations of our conference play games, racking up 3 wins and 2 saves while only allowing 1 hit during the 6 conf games he has pitched. In addition to leading the team in "soft contact" he also leads the staff in Ks per batter faced!

Charlie has been a force out of the leadoff spot for providing both power and getting on base at close to .600 clip in CCL play this year. He leads the team in walks, AVG, OBP, and OPS and is tied for the team lead in extra base hits (7 2Bs, 2 3Bs, HR).

Next up is our two-time All Conference selection, senior, Ethan Flores!. Ethan currently leads the team in slugging (.612), extra base hits (11), homeruns (4), and hit by pitches (7). In addition, he is 2nd in hits, 3rd in RBIs and runs, and has swiped 7 bases on the yr.!

Cadets (18-11) were able to complete the sweep of the Chargers (14-12) on Senior Night with a 9th inning walk-off single by Nate Bostrand!. While bats were cold, pitching kept us alive -closer Eddie Morvice held ACC in check without any hits for the final 3 innings for the win!

The bats were cold most of the day, but down to the final out in the 7th inning and trailing by one, C. Schweiner was able to loop a single into RF to plate two runs to give the Cadets the lead and the eventual win! Murray with the save. At home tomorrow for Senior Night!

Baseball Athlete of the week: Charlie Zebig! Big week for Charlie. Hitting .462, 1.456 OPS, 6 H, 3 DBLS, 1 HR, 4 RBI's, 7 Runs and had a some great defensive plays last week. Keep it up, Charlie. @baseballcadets

Cadets (17-9-1) complete the program-wide series sweep of Montini with 10-run victories across the board!! Varsity got rolling early with a 7-run 1st led by a 3-run 💣 by E. Flores. Cadets move to 2nd (7-1 ) in the CCL White and take on CCL White leader St. Francis Thursday!

Luke threw great, held a strong Montini squad to two hits on the day, and is starting to settle into his varsity role on the mound!.

Cadets (14-9-1) recover from Thursday's tough loss with a wild win on the road against the Friars! Down to the final out of the game, Kevin Schultz came up clutch and capped off a 4-run 7th inning with a 2-run 💣 to take the lead! Ethan Flores closes it out for the save!
